Inaugural Chair of “The South Australian Branch of The Mediterranean Garden Society. “

I was selected to represent our branch on a tour of gardening in Mediterranean climates and to present at the AGM for International Mediterranean Gardens Society in Palermo, Sicily. Visits to gardens in Greece, Italy and Southern France as part of above tour/meeting, and information exchanges with representatives in these countries.

As a volunteer I was responsible for organizing meetings, garden tours, enlisting other allied professionals to promote the philosophies of the SA MGS branch, & assisted a small group of volunteers in the creation of flyers, survey forms, questionnaires, News letters and correspondence relating to the fledging branch of The Mediterranean Garden Society in South Australia.
