Consultation:
I Hour Consultation for Client, offering advice, guidance and solutions to your
personal gardening requirements.
Follow up written report is at an additional cost & charged at the standard hourly rate.
Planting Plan:
As a result of a consultation with a client, for existing garden layout.
I will prepare and produce a scale drawn Planting plan.
The typical process is.
Initial meeting with clients in their home
Measure site and photographs
Produce a scale base plan
Complete site analysis
Design brief
Design idea and styling “Creative thinking”
Planting plan
Meeting with client for the justification of the design concept.
Make any changes to the plan if and where required
Quote implementation of all design elements
Meet with client for presentation of planting plan and quote.
Full Garden Design Service:
I will prepare and produce a scaled
Developed Design with Planting Plan & construction Plan in 2stages.
Stage 1
Initial meeting with client in their home.
If a site is complicated and or sloping, a surveyor will be required to create a
site plan with levels, client pays surveyor directly.
Measure site, complete site analysis and photographs
Design Brief to client.
Produce a Scaled base plan.
Design Ideas & Styling “creative thinking time”.
Concept Design

Meeting with client for the presentation & justification of the concept design
.
Stage 2
Make any changes to the concept design if and where required
Developed Design with Planting Plan and numbers
Contractors construction plan.
Quote
implementation of all design elements
Meeting with client for presentation of the developed design, planting plan &
quote for implementation of the design.
Fee Structure
Initial Verbal only Consultation (Approximate duration of 1- 1.5 hours,
according to individual project)
Invoice to be
paid on the day @ $ 220.00 including GS T (depending on size of project)
Subsequent standard hourly rate or is $110.00 including GS T
Full Garden Design Service with planting plan for an average front & back garden,
accessed according to the individual project
My fee would be approx. $3,300.00 including G S T (depending on size of project)**
Full Garden Design Service with planting plan for Courtyard Gardens accessed
according to the individual project
My fee would be approx.
$2,200.00 including G S T (depending on size of project)**
Full Garden Design Service
with planting plan for Commercial sites and
Front gardens only or Back gardens only accessed
according to the individual project
My fee would be approx.
$2,200.00 including G S T (depending on size of project)**
Full Garden Design Service for expansive country
properties would be
accessed according to the individual project
My fee would be approx. $4,400.00 including G S T (depending on size of project)**

Please
note, in addition to my professional fees for service:
A
surveyor services may be required to create a scaled site plan including
boundaries, contours, and levels, positioning the home with all existing
structures, tress and garden layout. The client will be sent an account direct
from the surveyor to be paid on receipt of survey plan.
All
expenses & time will be charged for including travelling time.

to pay Designer as set out in letter of introduction and design brief,
